• All refund requests must be made within the guarantee period and in writing to our dedicated support desk at http://www.rainesupport.com, detailing the transaction number and payment date. Any refund requests sent to any other email or website will be ignored, and any refund requests made outside of the guarantee period will not be made.
• Use of our product is entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for any change in rankings, changes in traffic to your sites, or changes to any income you may or may not achieve.
• We are not affiliated with any search engines and we do not guarantee your search engine ranking positions due to the installation and use of the WordPress Silo Plugin.
